FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method for the production of microorganism biomass has been proposed. Method includes the cultivation of microorganisms in aeration conditions on a nutrient medium, where up to 90 % of the spent culture liquid is ammoniated with ammonia water until pH in the range of 9.5–10 is reached. After that, ammoniated spent culture liquid is returned back to the stage of cultivation as a titrating agent.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in biomass yield and optimization of the implementation process.
