SUBSTANCE: invention relates to public utilities, in particular to door locking systems with solenoid or electromechanical locks. For that purpose the device for connecting the call panel of the entry phone system to networks of Internet providers comprises the receiver that is capable of receiving the data from the call panel via the dialing channel that contains the converter of the numbers of the flats into the dtmf signal, the transceiver of audio signals that is configured to operate as the calling device, the video encoder connected via the data transmission channels using the TCP/IP and/or UDP protocols, containing the audio signal processing unit, as well as the gateway to be connected to the networks of Internet providers and the unit to control the external actuators.

EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of combining entry phone systems into one information network that has the possibility of centralized monitoring and control.
