FIELD: communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to emergency call systems and can be applied for use in house intercom systems. To realise the technical result, the system for making an emergency call via house intercom networks comprises at least one intercom with pre-installed auxiliary software and is configured for communication and Internet-based interaction with an SIP server. The system herein comprises a computerised platform wherein the SIP server is connected via two-way communication with the server of the edge router of voip-gateway telephony and a database for matching telephone numbers, intercom panels, and location addresses thereof, and with a web server via said database; wherein the voip-gateway module is configured for two-way broadcast of a call via a standard telephone service channel to the phone number of the emergency service operator, and the workstation of the 112 service operator is connected to a web server via the Internet and configured to transmit the physical address of the intercom corresponding to the phone number via http protocol.

EFFECT: ensured two-way call and communication between the emergency service operator and the municipal special services with a reduction in the number of used external phone numbers wherefrom calls are made to the service due to the information of the physical address being received from the database for comparing pre-recorded phone numbers and intercom addresses.
