FIELD: inorganic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of inorganic chemistry and chemical technology. A method for obtaining ZSM-5 structural type nanoscale zeolite in proton form is described, including obtaining a final mixture by mixing the initial components: a source of silicon: tetraethyl ortosilicate, an aluminum source: aluminum isopropoxide, tetrapropylammonium hydroxide in water, crystallization at elevated temperature and pressure in a Teflon autoclave, filtration of the resulting product with the release of a solid precipitate, its washing with distilled water, drying and calcination with the removal of the template and obtaining nanoscale zeolite of the structural type ZSM-5 in proton form, and mixing of the initial components is carried out at a molar ratio of components in the final mixture, tetraethyl ortosilicate : water : tetrapropylammonium hydroxide : aluminum isopropoxide, equal to 1:4.2-4.4:0.2-0.3:0.006, and crystallization is carried out under conditions of hydrothermal-microwave synthesis, providing a reaction mass temperature of 205-215°C, for 180-210 minutes.
EFFECT: simplification of the method for obtaining ZSM-5 structural type nanoscale zeolite in proton form.
