SUBSTANCE: method for producing zeolite with a ferrierite-type structure by mixing the initial components: a silicon source, an aluminum source - sodium aluminate, a structure-forming compound, sodium hydroxide and water, followed by exposing the resulting mixture to microwave radiation with a power of 700 W and a radiation frequency of 2.45 GHz at a temperature of 190°C, characterized in that tetraethoxysilane is used as a source of silicon, a template-ethylenediamine is used as a structure-forming compound, and the process is carried out at a molar ratio of the initial components tetraethoxysilane: sodium aluminate: ethylenediamine: sodium hydroxide: water equal to 1:0.23:(1.2-1.5):(0.08-0.1):35.
