FIELD: metastases color lymphography.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing a purified Acid bright blue 3 dye used as a diagnostic tool for color lymphography of metastases in the lymph nodes of malignant neoplasms of various localizations. The method includes electrodialysis of an aqueous solution of Acid bright blue 3, subsequent isolation of the product by distillation of the solvent under vacuum and its drying. Electrodialysis of the Acid bright blue 3 dye solution is carried out at a current density of 0.5–1.0 A/dm2, followed by neutralization of the purified solution to pH 4.5–4.7, purification with activated carbon, isolation of the product, and recrystallization of the latter in ethanol.

EFFECT: development of a technological method for cleaning the dye Acid bright blue 3, which allows to improve its quality indicators, in particular, the specific absorption coefficient and the content of the main substance.
