FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmic surgery. The thickness of the cornea without the epithelial layer is measured. A circular dissection is performed on the posterior surface of the recipient's cornea using femtolaser radiation, followed by removal of the Descemet's membrane. At the same time, a full circular femtodissection is formed on the posterior surface of the cornea with a diameter of 4-9 mm using a femtosecond laser energy of 1200-1300 nJ, with a depth of 100 mcm more than the greatest thickness of the cornea without an epithelial layer. When an image of a corneal cut in the form of a vicious circle appears on the screen of the monitor of the femtolaser installation, the operation of the laser is interrupted. Then, through cuts of the cornea are made along the limbus from the lateral and medial sides. Descemet's membrane is removed within the previously performed circular descemetorhexis. In a particular case, for the implementation of descemetorhexis, a Victus femtolaser device, Thechnolaz, Germany, is used.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of intra- and postoperative complications, improve the accuracy and reproducibility of the intervention.
