FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for formation of donor corneal disk for posterior layer-by-layer keratoplasty. Programmed intrastromal cuts are formed by single-step resection by means of femtosecond laser. First section is made in vertical direction from endothelium into the depth of stroma with initial depth 800-1000 mcm, final depth depends on donor corneal thickness and is calculated in such a way that final corneal disk is 150-160 mcm thick, has diameter 6.0-9.5 mm. For vertical section the following energy characteristics of femtosecond laser are used: pulse energy 1.8 mcJ, distance between laser pulses - 2 mcm, distance between each level of lateral cut - 2 mcm, angle of cut - 90°; after that section is performed in lamellar plane in raster mode, with depth on 10 mcm farther from irradiation source than vertical cut ends, with application of the following energy characteristics of femtosecond laser: energy 1.0 mcJ, distance between laser pulses - 4 mcm, between levels - 4 mcm, diameter is on 0.2 mm larger than the one set earlier for vertical section.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to form disk with strictly specified diameter, basing on parameters of recipient's cornea.
