FIELD: mechanical engineering; armoured recovery vehicles (ARV).
SUBSTANCE: load-lifting crane contains a U-shaped boom, a hook suspension, a hydraulic system, a mechanism for load lifting, including a trolley on rollers, hydraulic cylinders and pulley blocks, equipped with a boom stiffener, pulley blocks are mounted on bushings made of polymer composite material, and at the ends of the bushings metal washers. The hydraulic system is equipped with a hook suspension drive hydraulic circuit, consisting of a drain and pressure hydraulic lines, a three-position hydraulic distributor, a safety valve, a flow regulator, two check valves, a valve and a controlled hydraulic lock with a throttle.
EFFECT: increased reliability of a load-lifting crane due to a significant reduction in friction losses, improved design of the hydraulic system and, as a result, increased efficiency.
