FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, in particular to gas turbine engines powered by air pressure, which can be used as a replacement for electric motors to drive various machines and mechanisms, as well as a replacement for internal combustion engines to drive vehicles, ships, etc. This effect is achieved in that the gas turbine engine system with an external heat source includes a gas turbine engine containing a turbine part, a gearbox and a compressor part connected by a common drive shaft. The turbine part includes a turbine mounted on a drive shaft, an inlet pipe that provides heated air intake, and an outlet pipe connected via a pipeline to the combustion chamber. A gearbox connected to a common drive shaft includes an output shaft. The compressor part also includes a turbine mounted on the drive shaft and an inlet pipe that provides air intake, while the outlet pipe of the compressor part is connected via a pipeline to the receiver to inject air into it. A control valve is installed on the outlet pipe of the specified receiver, which ensures equalization of the outlet air pressure. The control valve is connected through a pipeline to the combustion chamber of an external heat source, including a radiator heating unit, an external heat source, a combustion air supply unit. The outlet pipe of the combustion chamber is connected by a pipeline with the inlet pipe of the turbine part.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the gas turbine engine system, increasing its efficiency, increasing the reliability of operation, with a simple design.
