FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed solution relates to power engineering, in particular to devices converting energy of working medium into mechanical and/or electrical energy and can be used in electric power engineering, heat power engineering, in machine building, in automotive industry and other industries. Thermal power plant includes a screw air compressor comprising a housing and screw modules interacting with each other, where one of the screw modules comprises an output shaft for removing the payload, wherein said casing comprises inlet and outlet whereat air is drawn in and, via outlet, air is redirected along pipeline circuit by injection by screw modules. Outlet of the air compressor along the circuit of the pipeline is connected to the inlet of the receiver, wherein on this path the circuit of the pipeline includes a check valve, excluding the return flow of air, as well as a moisture separator, which separates moisture/oil, captured from a screw air compressor, wherein moisture separator is communicated with separating tank communicated with screw air compressor housing to redirect separated oil. Receiver comprises a safety valve, wherein the receiver is configured to accumulate air in it and dosed supply. Outlet of the receiver is connected along the circuit of the pipeline to the inlet of the heat exchanger of the boiler, where in the circuit of the pipeline between the receiver and the heat exchanger there is a valve which controls air supply to the heat exchanger of the boiler. Boiler includes a heating chamber, as well as a heat exchanger made with the possibility of transferring heat from the heating chamber to the air passing through the heat exchanger; at that, an air channel is supplied to the heating chamber. Outlet of the boiler heat exchanger is connected to the inlet of the turbine wheel along the circuit of the pipeline, which contains a housing, inside which there is a wheel with blades, which is connected to the output shaft and has the possibility of its axial rotation under the effect of heated air supplied along the circuit of the pipeline from the heat exchanger of the boiler. Output shaft of the turbine wheel is connected to the screw module of the screw air compressor to transfer rotation to it. Outlet of turbo-wheel is connected along pipeline circuit with air channel of heating chamber for supply of heated air to heating chamber.

EFFECT: simplified design of heat power plant requiring no forced cooling of working medium at its high efficiency.
