SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reflex therapy, neurology and medical rehabilitation, and can be used for treating patients with dorsopathy on the lumbosacral level. For this purpose, after preliminary treatment with an antiseptic solution of the skin, medical ozone is introduced in an ozone-oxygen mixture into points chosen taking into account clinical manifestations in the patient, from: segmental - T3-5, V2Z, 25, 27, V31-34; remote points - V39, 40, 57, V60, 62, E36, VB34, 39; distant vascular points - RP6,9 F2,3. 6–8 points of the following are used for one procedure for introduction: 2–3 segmental and 4–5 distant, including distant vascular points. Distant and distant vascular points are stimulated on the affected side. Procedure involves inserting 13 mm needle into full length with ozone concentration 2.0 mcg/ml and volume 1 ml. As equipment for ozone-oxygen mixture production medical ozoniser Medozons BM and oxygen concentrator JAY-5A are used. Therapeutic cycle involves 10 procedures released every other day.

EFFECT: method provides reducing the length of treatment, fast regression of clinical symptoms, pain sensations, vascular complaints, increased volume of active movements in the lumbar spine in the absence of negative events and improved quality of life of the patient, prolonged therapeutic action, reduced recurrence rate.
