FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to the manufacture of metal products from powder steel with a TRIP effect. It can be used for the production of parts of complex shapes or their make-up pieces in various branches of mechanical engineering. Layers are alternately applied to the substrate by melting powder steel with a concentrated heat source. After applying n≥1 layers, the metal is cooled to room temperature in a controlled manner. The metal cooling rate in the temperature range from 900 to 200°C does not exceed 40°C/s. The resulting workpiece is subjected to deformation treatment, providing deformation energy in the crystal lattice of the metal from 20 to 50 mJ/m2. The technological cycle is repeated many times until at least a make-up piece of the part is formed.
EFFECT: invention ensures the production of a product with high strength properties and resistance to brittle fracture during operation.
