FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to restoration of articles from die steel, in particular, tools, by means of robotic laser surfacing. Robot-manipulator moves laser beam focusing device located on final link, which performs melting of metal powder supplied in flow of inert gas through nozzle. Providing the movement of the laser beam on the surface of the part in accordance with the required surface heating mode, wherein the determining factors are the time of exposure of the laser beam to each point of the surface, which in turn depends on speed of movement of sprayer and laser beam relative to sprayed surface and equidistant movement of sprayer. Fibre-optic laser is controlled by a system for adjusting surfacing parameters by controlling the speed of the robot tool, preferably a six-step industrial robot manipulator, which is carried out based on data sampling carried out during the surfacing process.
EFFECT: method improves the efficiency of laser surfacing of die steel products.
