FIELD: polyethylsiloxane liquids production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing modified polyethylsiloxane liquids of a linear and branched structure with improved lubricating properties, which are achieved by including methyl-γ-trifluoropropylsiloxy units in the polyethylsiloxane molecule. Proposed is a method for producing modified polyethylsiloxane liquids of general formula (I), where n=2-13, m=2-10, k=0-4, and Rf - γ-F3C3H4; characterized in that the mixture of reagents, methyl-γ-trifluoropropylcyclotrisiloxane and ethylsiloxanes of the general formula [Si(C2H5)2O]m[Si(C2H5)O1.5]k[(C2H5)3SiO0.5]2+k, where m and k have the above values, are subjected to interaction at a temperature of 60-70ºC in the presence of an acid-type catalyst, taken in an amount of at least 5% by weight of the mixture of reagents, followed by filtration and distillation of the volatile fraction.

EFFECT: increasing the manufacturability of the method, ensuring the optimal rate of the reaction, obtaining a reproducible molecular weight and structure, the absence of acidic effluents, a significant improvement in lubricating characteristics compared to polyethylsiloxane fluids: a decrease in the diameter of the wear scar by an order of magnitude or more.
