SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system (1) for capturing brake particles from the friction brake system (10) of the machine (90), containing a source (20) of vacuum, a pneumatic circuit (30) connecting the friction brake system (10) with the specified source (20) of vacuum, and a filter (40) located on said pneumatic circuit (30) and mounted on a support (41). The catching system (1) comprises a control unit (60), a control device (70) of the specified machine (90) and a device (50) for detecting clogging of the filter (40), configured to transmit at least one signal to the control unit (60), when the filter (40) is clogged, while the control unit (60) is configured to determine, based on this signal, the clogging of the filter (40) and is configured to determine that the detection device (50) is not working, while the control unit (60) is configured with the ability to activate the control device (70) to limit the operation of the machine (90) when the filter (40) is clogged or when the detection device (50) is not working.

EFFECT: invention provides the ability to limit the operation of a vehicle or fixed installation when the filter is clogged or when the filter clogging detection system is not working.
