FIELD: gas cleaning devices.
SUBSTANCE: gas cleaning device is a bubbling-type device used to trap impurities of harmful substances (dust, gases) in a suspended layer of liquid from the dust and gas flow of exhaust ventilation and aspiration systems. The device for gas purification contains a metal cylindrical body with a dust-gas flow outlet pipe and a liquid sludge drain pipe, consisting of three coaxially installed and hermetically interconnected blocks: a technological block, a pallet block and a separation block. The block pallet is filled with water and equipped with a regulator for supplying and maintaining the liquid level. In the separation block, a horizontal partition with holes is installed between the technological block and the pallet block. Six working contact chambers are mounted in the holes along the circumference, equidistant from each other. In the center of the horizontal partition separating the technological block from the block-tray, a hole is made in which a metal cylindrical pipe is installed, designed to supply dusty air into it, equipped with an inlet pipe installed perpendicular to the vertical axis of the cylindrical pipe and tangentially to its surface. In the lower horizontal section, the cylindrical pipe is equipped with a diffuser with an expansion angle of 20°. The contact working chambers in the lower horizontal section are equipped with confusers with a narrowing angle of 25-30°, and in the upper horizontal section they are equipped with diffusers with an expansion angle of 20°. The diffuser, mounted on a cylindrical pipe, is made with an excess height of the confusers of the contact working chambers. Inside each of the contact working chambers in the lower part, a cone-cylindrical mass transfer nozzle is placed with the formation of a gap and is rigidly fixed on the walls with guide swirlers of a tape-spiral type fixed on it. The angle forming the surface of the cones of the mass transfer nozzle is 30°, the width is 0.1-0.15 of the diameter of the contact chamber, and the length of the tape-spiral swirler is 0.4-0.6 of the diameter of the contact working chamber. The angle of inclination of the forming surface of the tape-spiral swirlers is 30-40° to the horizontal plane, and the diameters of the bases of the cones and the bases of the cylindrical element of the nozzle are 0.8-0.9 of the diameter of the contact working chamber, which also ensures free runoff of the trapped dust and liquid on the internal surfaces working contact chambers. The dusty gas inlet pipe is made in the form of a parallelepiped with a smaller cross-sectional area, coupled with a cylindrical pipe.
EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of the device for cleaning dust and gas flow from dust, vapors of harmful substances.
