FIELD: computer technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of computer technology; it can be used for parallel processing of a computing task. A method for functioning of a non-uniform computing system containing a set of computing nodes and a set of accelerating nodes, while at least one of the set of computing nodes and the set of accelerating nodes is made with the possibility of calculation of a computing task containing a set of subtasks, is proposed. In this case, the method contains stages, at which: the specified set of subtasks is assigned and processed for the first distribution, using nodes of the set of computing nodes and accelerating nodes, during the first computing iteration; and information is used, related to processing of the specified set of subtasks, using the set of computing nodes and accelerating nodes, for generation of subsequent distribution of the specified subtasks to computing nodes and the accelerating node for its processing on subsequent computing iteration.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of calculations.
