FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronics; it can be used for provision of required temperature modes of radio-electronic equipment (hereinafter – REE) elements. The device contains a thermoelectrical battery (hereinafter – TEB) electrically connected to an output of a temperature adjuster, an input of which is connected to a temperature sensor being in contact with a heat-generating REE element located in a deepening formed by TEB structure, the main heat exchanger being in a heat contact with heat-generating junctions of TEB, and an additional heat exchanger. TEB is separated into main and two additional sections electrically connected in series and made of thermal elements identical in their geometrical, electrical, and heat and physical characteristics. The main section of TEB is located in the center of the main heat exchanger, and additional sections of TEB are located along edges on its protrusions, an area of which corresponds to an area of additional sections of TEB. The heat-generating REE element is placed in the formed deepening to provide a heat contact with heat-absorbing junctions of the main section of TEB. The additional heat exchanger made in the form of an evaporative heat sink contacts with heat-absorbing junctions of additional sections of TEB and the heat-generating REE element, while the main heat exchanger is made in the form of a hollow full-metal container filled with melting working substance with high melting heat and melting point in the range of 35-55°C.
EFFECT: increase in the manufacturability of a device due to the use of thermal elements identical in their geometrical, electrical, and heat and physical characteristics, as well as provision of the maximum cooling coefficient, the maximum cooling capacity in the operation of TEB.
