SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. A remedy is presented for use in determining the dose volume of botulinum neurotoxin administered in the treatment of lower limb spasticity in a subject aged 18 years or younger, where the remedy contains: the first element having the first line of numbers indicating the weight of the subject, and the second line of numbers indicating the dose volume of botulinum neurotoxin to be administered to the subject, where the numbers in the first line, indicating a specific weight, are in longitudinal or radial alignment with the corresponding numbers in the second line indicating a specific dose volume, which should be administered to a subject having this particular weight, where the dose volume corresponds to 5 to 15 units per kilogram of the subject’s total body weight per leg. And also, a second element that overlaps the first one and has a hole or holes that make it possible to view lines on the first element. In this case, the first and second elements are interconnected with each other.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to use it to effectively determine the dose volume of botulinum neurotoxin administered in the treatment of spasticity of the lower extremities in a subject aged 18 years or younger.
