FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: protective coverall belongs to the field of medicine, namely protective clothing, and can be used in a number of human professions that are associated with daily health risks due to dangerous working conditions. The coverall contains a basic part having sleeves with cuffs, a one-piece high collar, a zipper, and also includes a lumbar part, a trouser part, while it contains a hemostatic system, a cooling system, an electric heating system, a cardiopulmonary resuscitation system, automatic dispensers, body temperature sensors, body spatial position sensors, a heart rate monitor, a electrocardiogram measurement sensor, an autonomous power source, a compressor, a container with refrigerant, a central control unit of the coverall. Each system of the coverall has its own control unit, which is synchronized with the central control unit of the coverall and duplicates its control functions of this system, setting the threshold values of the measured parameters, and also receives information from the sensors located in the coverall. The cardiopulmonary resuscitation system of the coverall contains an elastic cushion located on the inner surface of the basic part of the coverall, opposite the user’s sternum, which is connected by an air pipe to a compressor capable of supplying and removing air from the cushion with a constant frequency, and contains contact electrodes on the surface in contact with the user’s sternum, located in such a way as to occupy a position between the clavicle and the second intercostal space along the right border of the user’s sternum and above the fifth or sixth intercostal space at the apex of the heart along the middle axillary line. The automatic dispenser of the coverall contains a cannula with an injection needle located in the serter of the dispenser, connected by a tube to a cartridge with a liquid drug located in the control unit of the dispenser, which has the ability to adjust the speed of administration of the drug, its volume and the number of venipunctions for a certain period of time. The automatic dispenser is located in the collar of the basic part of the coverall so that the injection needle of the cannula occupies a position opposite the external jugular vein, in the sleeves of the basic part of the coverall, in the area of the cubital fossa of the upper extremities so that the injection needle of the cannula is opposite the median cubital vein, in the legs of the trouser part of the coverall, in the lower leg area of the lower extremities so that the injection needle of the cannula is opposite the small subcutaneous vein. The hemostatic system of the coverall contains tourniquets connected by air pipes with a compressor, which are located on the sleeves of the basic part of the coverall in the forearm and shoulder area, as well as on the legs of the trouser part of the coverall in the lower leg and thigh area of the user. The cooling system of the coverall includes a pipeline having a wave-like arrangement on the inner surface of the basic, lumbar, trouser parts of the coverall, located between the rows of a wave-like flexible heating element connected to a refrigerant tank in which a coolant circulation device with a control unit is located. The electric heating system of the coverall includes a flexible heating element having a wave-like arrangement on the inner surface of the basic, lumbar, trouser parts of the coverall, located between the rows of a wave-like cooling system pipeline connected to a temperature control device.
EFFECT: provision of medical care to the user of the coverall by parenteral administration of medicines, indirect heart massage, defibrillation.
