FIELD: aircraft technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of active positioning devices for an unmanned aerial vehicle (hereinafter referred to as a UAV) for vertical takeoff and landing and can be used in the development of automatic charging and maintenance stations for UAVs. The VTOL UAV positioning device contains pushers installed on or above the landing pad and a mechanism for the movement of pushers. Pushers are made of flexible material.
EFFECT: reliable retention of the UAV at the positioning point is provided, the creation of a positioning device for a universal landing platform capable of accepting various UAV sizes, simplification of the design of the VTOL UAV positioning device.
