FIELD: aviation; aviation industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation and aviation industry, in particular to structures of propellers. The propeller has blades, which contain tips made in the form of wings. The tip is located on an end surface of the blade of the propeller and is part of a ring swept with an end of an end part of the blade. The tip is made with the possibility of establishment of a certain variable attack angle in a direction of rotation of the end of the blade. The blade contains a node of attachment of a controllable tip with the possibility of its movement during transmission of a control impact from a movement mechanism relatively to an axis parallel to the axis of rotation of the blade of the propeller for change in the attack angle. The tip of the blade can be made of one solid part or two equal or different in area parts parallel to each other, located at a distance from each other, having a single rigid shaft installed with the possibility of rotation.
EFFECT: increase in controllability in all flight modes, safety in take-off and landing with side wind.
