SUBSTANCE: antibody or its antigen-binding fragment are proposed, which specifically bind to ligand of receptor tyrosine kinase 3 similar to a product of protooncogene of a feline sarcoma virus (hereinafter – FMS) of McDonough (FLT3L) strain. Polynucleotide encoding the specified antibody, an expression vector and hybridoma containing the specified polynucleotide, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the specified antibody are also proposed. A method for the production of an antibody and the use of an antibody for the treatment or prevention of an autoimmune disease are also proposed.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction in inflammation in autoimmune diseases.
