The expected result is achieved by the fact that in an autonomous mobile telecommunications complex containing a satellite communication station consisting of a transceiver and an antenna system, a broadband modem, a signal spectrum analyzer, a satellite communication station control panel, two cryptographic routers, two cable inputs, a technological automated workplace based on a laptop computer, a multiplexer, two optical crosses, two DSL modems, two IP gateways, two electric crosses, two main and two remote telephone sets, a fiber-optic communication line, subscriber telephone lines, a firewall, an Ethernet switch, a remote Ethernet switch, a multifunction device, two remote automated workstations of officials equipped on the basis of portable computers with WEB cameras connected to them, a video conferencing unit, a video splitter, two video monitors, a GPS/GLONASS navigation receiver, two-wire telephone communication lines, a switching unit, subscriber lines of encrypted telephone communication, a remote controlled dome camera, camcorder with DVB-T transmitter, a wired Ethernet line, service communication equipment, a service radio communication unit, a VHF service communication radio station and a VHF radio station antenna, an additional video conferencing server, a second Ethernet switch, a software and hardware complex, a digital television receiver, a television antenna, a portable mobile radio communication base station (BS) consisting of a transceiver unit, a SW band antenna, a VHF band antenna, an interface unit, a control and management unit, “n” portable radio stations of officials.
EFFECT: expansion of the volume and the improved quality of services provided to officials by organizing satellite and radio communication networks, conducting video conferencing and providing communication both between local subscribers and with mobile subscribers.
