SUBSTANCE: present invention is characterised by introduction of two vehicle-carried UHF radio stations with automobile antennae having a cut-in base, one vehicle-carried VHF radio station with an automobile antenna having a cut-in base, a repeater with an antenna which enables relaying UHF signals, a collapsible mast on which the repeater antenna is mounted for increasing communication range, n portable UHF radio stations and n portable VHF radio stations, two automated workstation (AWS) operators, each of which includes a notebook computer, a multifunctional device which enables information documentation and processing, a signalling loudspeaker device, as well as changing connection between existing elements of the circuit.
EFFECT: high transmission capacity, longer range and higher quality of connections for mobile object users.
