SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for carrying out payment transactions. In the method on the smartphone, instead of the payment card number (PAN), the token is placed in the Bank Identification Number (BIN-token) format, the PAN and its corresponding BIN token are also placed in the Token Service Provider Database (TSP) and in the customer’s smartphone, and when conducting a payment transaction instead of a PAN, it is read from a smartphone and a BIN token is used to route the connection to the TSP in the payment network, after the connection with the TSP is established, the BIN token is transferred to the TSP and the PAN corresponding to the named BIN token of PAN is found in the database and the named PAN is used to carry out a payment transaction, while the buyer receives identifier of the buyer on the Internet (DNS token), in the Internet addressing system, the IP address of the TSP shall be assigned to the named buyer's identifier, then the named DNS-token is written into the TSP database as the PAN token of the customer, and the DNS-token is introduced in the payment transaction and used to route the Internet connection to the TSP, and after the connection to the TSP is established, send a TSP named DNS token, find in the TSP database corresponding to the named DNS token PAN, and use the named PAN to conduct the payment transaction.

EFFECT: technical result consists in automating payment transactions.
