FIELD: pyrotechnics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pyrotechnics, in particular to pyrotechnic compositions based on metal nitrates, which are intended for the formation of colored fire during combustion from the chemical interaction of several solid substances, and is intended for the formation of a red fire signal, which is used in signaling and target designation means. The pyrotechnic composition of red fire contains strontium nitrate, potassium perchlorate and strontium carbonate as a complex of oxidants, aluminum-magnesium alloy powder as a metal fuel, chlorinated paraffin HP-66T as a color enhancer, calcium stearate as a processing aid, organic binder - phenol-formaldehyde resin powder SF -342A. A 20% solution of fluororubber SKF-32 in acetone was introduced into the composition as a cementing agent. The ratio of components is as follows, wt.%: strontium nitrate 20-24, potassium perchlorate 37-39, strontium carbonate 9.5-10.5, chlorinated paraffin KhP-66T 11-14, powder of aluminum-magnesium alloy PAM-4 7-9, phenol-formaldehyde resin SF-342 A 5.5-6.5, calcium stearate 1.5-2.0, fluororubber SKF-32 on dry matter 1.5-2.0.
EFFECT: improvement of indicators of the pyrotechnic composition of red fire.
