SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aqua vending machines, that is to drinking water vending machines by means of automatically controlled water dispensing into water buyer containers by means of appropriate dispensing unit. Technical problem lies in the need for effective protection of the inner space of the water dispensing pipe 1 against accidental or deliberate contamination through its outlet end. Unit contains vertically oriented water dispensing branch pipe 1 equipped with side tube 2 for hydraulic connection of branch pipe 1 with water source, and semiconductor LED 4 of ultraviolet radiation spectrum, which is located in area of upper end 5 of branch pipe 1 on conditional straight line 6 within and at distance of direct visibility between source 4 and outlet end 3 of branch pipe 1.
EFFECT: constant ultraviolet irradiation of the inner space of the water dispensing branch pipe 1 to destroy the pathogenic microflora inside the branch pipe, as well as in the case of using ozone to treat a container of a water buyer, this ozone is used for additional disinfection of the inner space of branch pipe 1, as a result, a synergetic effect of double disinfection of branch pipe 1 is created.
