SPLIT SYSTEM FOR WATER VENDING Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC G07F15/00

Abstract RU 2795668 C1

FIELD: vending machines.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to street water vending in winter, carried out by preparing and selling drinking water obtained from ordinary tap water by cleaning and processing it. The patented technical solution is a split system for such water vending, including an indoor unit located in an insulated room and an outdoor unit located outside the insulated room with the ability to operate at low temperatures. The technical problem lies in the need to expand the arsenal of technical equipment for outdoor water vending in winter, which must be characterized by high reliability in winter at low temperatures, relatively lower power consumption, and a relatively simpler design. The split system comprises indoor unit 1 located in insulated room 2, outdoor unit 3 located outside of the room on wall 10 from its outer side. The blocks are hydraulically interconnected by means of supply pipeline 4 passing through opening 11 in wall 10. The indoor unit 1 includes preparation module 5, dynamic hydraulic accumulator 6 and feed pump 7. External block 3 is made in form of a wall cabinet and includes filling chamber 8 with branch pipe 9, water vending control and a means of paying for the purchase of drinking water. The outer section of pipeline 4, limited on one side by opening 11, and on the other side by branch pipe 9, is provided with means of thermal insulation and electrical heating. In addition, this outer section has a length less than the length of the entire pipeline 4, and branch pipe 9 is located above the maximum possible water level in dynamic accumulator 6. Filling chamber 8 also contains unit for collecting overflowing water 12 and draining it through discharge pipeline 13 into sewer pipe 14. Conduit 13 passes through opening 11 in wall 10 located below unit for collecting overflowing water 12. The outer section of pipeline 13, limited on one side by opening 11 in wall 10, and on the other hand by unit for collecting overflowed water 12, and unit 12 itself are equipped with means for their thermal insulation and electrical heating.
