FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: cutter holder bushing includes a head, a shank, and a through hole passing through the head and the shank. The head has front and rear parts and includes a central part having a front face narrowing to the front part and a rear face. The shank is connected to the rear face of the central part of the head, and it protrudes back from it, and it is installed in a holder or a case of a cutter of a mining machine by tight fit or friction fit. A cutter shank is located inside the through hole. The head additionally includes a support element, a front face or a support surface of which protrudes from side beyond the front surface of the central part and the rear face, which, when used, rests against the front face of the holder. The support element is fixed on the central part and detached from it for relief of extraction of the cutter holder bushing from the holder or the case of the cutter by application of opposite forces to the shank of the cutter holder bushing and to the rear face of the support element, which makes the support element separate from the central part of the head and extract the shank from the holder case or the cutter case.
