FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to anti-friction bronze materials, and can be used in the mining industry, mechanical engineering, power engineering for heavily loaded sliding units. Cored wire for obtaining composite antifriction bronze in the form of a coating consists of a copper shell and a core made of a charge containing powders of aluminum, iron, nickel, silicon and manganese, with the following ratio of components in the flux-cored wire, wt.%: iron 11-14, nickel 5-9, aluminum 0.2-0.5, silicon 0.7-1.3, manganese 0.2-0.4, copper sheath - the rest.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a bronze coating that combines high anti-friction characteristics and resistance to hot cracking during surfacing.
