FIELD: disposable chemical current sources.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disposable chemical current sources used for power supply of electronic equipment. The cylindrical element of the lithium-iron disulfide system contains a body with a cover, a fuse and an external heat-shrinkable film, a lithium anode strip with a current lead, a cathode strip made of iron disulfide with a current lead and a polymer separator impregnated with electrolyte, assembled in a roll, one end section of the anode current lead is welded to the strip of the anode and closed with an insulating tape of the anode current collector, one end section of the cathode current collector is welded to the edge of the cathode tape and closed with an insulating tape of the cathode current collector, while the current collector is additionally fixed on the anode tape in its middle part, the free end sections of the anode current collectors are welded to the body, the free end section The cathode current collector is welded to the pressure seal of the cover, the cover has a filling hole sealed with a ball and is connected to the body by argon arc welding, and the fuse is designed to limit the discharge current to 5 A.
EFFECT: increasing the capacity of a single cell, reducing the number of cells in parallel battery circuits, which significantly increases their reliability.
