FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to primary current sources of a lithium-manganese dioxide system, and can be used to supply apparatuses for various purposes with direct current. Current source of a manganese dioxide - lithium system comprises a sealed body containing a cathode in the form of an aluminium mesh tape with manganese dioxide applied on the surface thereof, and an anode made of a lithium-aluminium alloy, separated by a separator; the separator is impregnated with electrolyte; the cathode, the anode, and the separator are rolled into a common roll, wherein the sealed body is made in the form of a metal cup and a cover containing a fuse and a valve including a sealing ring and a terminal, a mounting cover, a membrane, and a liner, mounted in the ring; the cover is connected with the body by rolling; a current collector with insulation applied thereon is welded to the aluminium mesh tape of the cathode; the cathode, the separator, and the anode, rolled into a common roll, are equipped with dielectric liners on both ends; the current collector of the cathode is welded to the mounting cover; the current collector of the anode is welded to the body; and a thermosetting film is applied onto the external surface of the metal cup.
EFFECT: increase in the fire and explosion safety, reduction in the labour intensity of manufacture, increase in the productivity and fault resistance.
