FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear and thermal power engineering and can be used as a system for monitoring and repairing heat exchange tubes of a heat exchanger (HET), collector and welded joints of welding the HET to heat exchanger collectors of a system for passive heat removal and repair/suppression of defective HET. The required result is achieved in a system containing the main and auxiliary manipulators, made with the possibility of installation in the upper and lower collectors, respectively, as well as manipulator control panels connected to the compressor outlet through the air supply lines, while each of the manipulators contains a frame with front and rear centralizers, between which the control or repair module is installed.
EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of technical means that can be used for non-destructive testing of the metal condition of the heat exchanger tubes of the heat exchanger of the passive heat removal system.
