FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a system for cleaning contaminated and sea water by recrystallisation and a heat exchange device, and can also be used in household, food industry, public catering enterprises and medicine. System consists of at least two heat exchange devices comprising chambers for freezing water and thawing ice and cooling and heating elements, a water circulation circuit, a coolant circulation circuit, connected to cooling and heating elements with possibility of alternating freezing of water and ice thawing in chambers of heat exchange devices and heat transfer of coolant formed in the chamber during freezing of water, into the ice thawing chamber, and control and monitoring means. Heat exchange devices are arranged cascade one under the other and consist of external and internal housings and cylindrical partitions located coaxially relative to each other with formation of annular cavity between their walls, collector for air supply, cooling and heating elements, a heating element fixed in the upper part of the inner housing, and at least one drain pipe. Outer housing is cylindrical or truncated cone shaped upward. External housing is made with additional inner wall, shape and height of which correspond to external housing, and cooling and heating elements are located between said walls. Partition and internal wall of housing are made with possibility of connection to current source.
EFFECT: technical result achieved using the group of inventions is high efficiency and high quality of water treatment, which makes it possible to use it for treatment of source water with a wide range of contaminants with organic and inorganic substances.
