FIELD: sealing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tubular mandrels for unwinding to direct fibrous material through holes for unwinding of packings of wound coils of fibrous material. The tubular mandrel contains an outer ring having a flange at an outer end of the tubular mandrel, an inner ring having a rounded edge at an inner end of the tubular mandrel, and a set of spaced racks passing longitudinally from the outer ring to the inner ring. The inner ring is aligned coaxially with the outer ring and is spaced in a longitudinal direction from the outer ring.
EFFECT: invention contributes to facilitation of unwinding of fibrous material from a coil of fibrous material wound in an eight-shaped configuration.
