FIELD: testing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and can be used in ground-based testing of structures of aerial vehicles subjected to heating from aerodynamic and nozzle gas flows during flight as well as to subsequent action of an external mechanical pressure pulse from an explosion, emission flows, and particles of various physical natures. Apparatus is made of parallel shafts and is flange-connected to a common transition chamber equipped with an outlet nozzle located opposite the tested structure with thermocouples. The apparatus is also equipped with a temperature value analyser and a logic unit for detonating charges of pyrotechnic and explosive compositions, installed at the open end of the explosive chamber in the parallel shafts.

EFFECT: expanded range of reproducible parameters of joint thermomechanical action in blasting action shock tunnels.
