FIELD: solar power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar power engineering, namely to assembly of stationary solar panels. A method for the formation of a solar panel includes placement of photoelements on a base, using guide rails, wherein the base is made of two longitudinal and two transverse crossbars of a corner, fixed to each other with a welded joint, guide rails are made in the form of two rectangular frames of a channel bar with welded joints of sides. On transverse crossbars of the base, at points of attachment of the base to guide rails, through grooves with a length 10-12 mm greater than a width of a lower horizontal plane of the channel bar are made. On the lower plane of the channel bar, at points of attachment of guide rails to the base, holes are made at a distance from edges, equal to ¼ of the total length of the guide rail. Photoelements are fixed on upper horizontal planes of guide rails with an adhesive connection. Guide rails are installed on the base in such a way that through grooves in the base coincide with holes on lower horizontal planes of guide rails. A bolt is inserted into the hole from an outer side of lower horizontal planes of guide rails, on the beginning of thread of which a U-shaped clamp is screwed with a thread hole in the center, a protrusion from the side of grooves, and another side shortened by a thickness of the channel bar of guide rails. The clamp is pressed against the groove and against an inner plane of the channel bar of guide rails, after which the bolt is completely tightened.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction in labor intensity of assembly of a solar panel due to simplification of assembly operations and reduction in a number of breakages during mounting.
