SUBSTANCE: document describes a device (10) for low-temperature cooking containing: a tube (12) having the first and second ends (14, 13) opposite in the longitudinal direction, and forming a channel (26) for the flow of liquid containing an inlet adjacent to the first end (14) and an outlet, adjacent to the second end (13); heating element (31) installed adjacent to the specified tube (12), heating the liquid passing through the flow channel from the inlet to the outlet; external housing (11), inside which the specified tube (12) is located; and a switch (32) located between the tube (12) and the housing (11), and functionally connected to the heating element (31), providing electrical energy to the heating element (31).

EFFECT: eliminating the shortcomings of the previous level of technology, such as: overheating, disabling the bearing that supports the paddle wheel, preventing the cooling of the switch.
