SUBSTANCE: device (100) for cooking, using a sous-vide technology, contains outer case (104), inside which heated tube (448) is located, surrounding inner tubular wall (311), wherein inner tubular wall (311) forms first channel (461), and between the inner tubular wall and an outer tubular wall, second channel (462) is formed, while first channel (461) and second channel (462) interact with each other to provide a path for passage of a fluid flow passing from inlet (107) to outlet (106), and to inner tubular wall (311), blades (450) are attached so that to be rotated by it and, thereby, to provide the fluid passage along the flow passage path.

EFFECT: obtaining a device for cooking, using a sous-vide technology.
