FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to preventive medicine and transfusiology, and can be used for performing hardware plasmapheresis procedures with circulating plasma volume replacement (PVR) for correcting biological age in healthy people aged 40-55. Four procedures of plasmapheresis are carried out in one course with an interval between procedures of 48 hours. At the same time, a 5% solution of human serum albumin is used for the procedure of hardware plasmapheresis. Biological age is determined using the Aging.AI3.0 online calculator. A course of plasmapheresis for the correction of biological age is carried out for patients in the presence of three conditions: biological age is ahead of chronological age, body mass index <30 kg/m2, deviation from the norm of at least one of such blood parameters as: red blood cell count, hemoglobin level, hematocrit, average volume erythrocyte, average hemoglobin concentration in erythrocytes, platelet count, total bilirubin, urea, creatinine, cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, total protein, albumin, glucose, calcium, potassium, sodium. At the same time, 30-40% of the BCP is treated in one procedure, and blood cells are returned to the patient along with an albumin solution in a ratio of 1:3. Repeated courses of plasmapheresis are carried out with an interval of 6 months.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the biological age of a person for a period of at least 6 months, and also simplifies the determination of indications for plasmapheresis due to the declared procedure repetition interval and the stated indications for the procedure.
