SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The method for cultivating the larvae of synanthropic flies is characterized by the fact that it includes the supply of air into the thickness of the processed substrate in an amount sufficient for the respiration of the larvae, while the substrate is prepared by mixing the gelling component - gelatin, agar-agar - with a protein-containing component - whey, blood products obtained by slaughter of farm animals, bone broths, crushed meat or fish waste with a particle size of up to 50 mm, expired dairy or meat products, fruits or vegetables are added to the prepared mixture, the resulting mixture is poured into a mold, vertically located through ventilation channels with a diameter of 50-100 mm at a distance of 100-180 mm from each other, after the substrate has hardened, the mold is removed, and the eggs of synanthropic flies or hatching larvae are introduced onto the surface of the substrate.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop a method for cultivating synanthropic fly larvae with a low yield of processed substrate (zoohumus).
