FIELD: alcohol production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of devices designed for heating and subsequent distillation of fermented food raw materials, and obtaining alcohol. Apparatus for distillation of an alcohol-containing solution includes a distillation vessel and a cap-condenser, while the distillation vessel contains walls and a bottom, a thermocouple is installed in the bottom of the vessel, and the walls of the vessel include a heating element. The thermocouple and the heating element are configured to interact with the control unit. Cap-condenser is made in the form of a hollow cone with the possibility of its installation on the distillation tank and includes heat-dissipating ribs fixed on its outer surface. At the top of the condenser cover there is a fan with the blowing direction downwards. The base of the lid-condenser contains an inner board with a drain spout, while the inner board is made with a downward slope relative to the horizontal axis towards the specified drain spout.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of the apparatus, the exclusion of the supply and disposal of refrigerant.
