SUBSTANCE: method of distillation of plant raw materials, including the formation of steam from the prepared raw material in an evaporation tank, followed by its condensation and collection of the resulting product in a container, characterized in that the evaporation tank contains a grate on which the raw material is placed, a cap-condenser and a cooling fan of the cap-condenser for exhaust heat from its surface, the prepared raw material is kept in an evaporation tank at a temperature of 60°C to 95°C until completely dry, and the resulting steam rises to the condenser cover. Contacting with the fan-cooled condenser cover, the steam cools and settles on its inner surface in the form of drops of water, which flows onto an inclined chute.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to speed up the fermentation process of raw materials and increase the resulting volume of water.
