FIELD: medicine; maxillofacial surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to maxilla-facial surgery; it can be used for the formation of tissue-engineering composite of bone tissue and periosteum for reconstruction of the lower jaw. X-ray panoramic picture of the lower jaw with signs of lesion focus of bone tissue is taken. Individual plastic 3D prototypes of upper and lower jaws of a patient are made. On the prototype of the lower jaw, a defect is formed, equal to a supposed volume of resection of a bone fragment, then, the lower jaw is formed of titanium nickelide and a plastic prototype of a healthy fragment. A kinematic pair of lower jaw-upper jaw is modeled. Models of upper and lower jaws are installed in orthognathic bite. The product of titanium nickelide is removed from the prototype of the lower jaw. During a surgical stage, the fragment of the lower jaw is resected in the planned volume. The product of titanium nickelide is installed in the formed defect, covered with soft tissues, and sutured. During 9-12 months, osteogenic regenerate fills permeable pores of the structure, and it is mineralized, and the structure of the product of titanium nickelide becomes a component of the bone intercellular matrix.
EFFECT: method provides biometric correspondence of a product to the focus of reparative regeneration due to that a fragment of tissue-engineering composite of bone tissue and periosteum optimally replaces a postresection defect of the lower jaw.
