FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to restorative and reconstructive maxillofacial surgery. An implanted endoprosthesis for mandibular bulk bone replacement is made in accordance with computer tomography by means of symmetric computer transformation. The above implanted endoprosthesis is presented in the form of a one-piece hollow block made of titanium nickelide and comprises a mandibular body with two perforated titanium screw locks, a mandibular angle, ramus bones with spherical condyloid process, coronoid process with a temporal muscle ligament lock with a slot 3 mm long on an outer surface of the mandibular body and ramus bones for the inferior alveolar neurovascular bundle to be placed.
EFFECT: invention provides the stable connection with the preserved mandibular bone fragment on one side, and with the glenoid cavity on the other side, as well as provides the inferior alveolar neurovascular bundle to be placed.
