FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of combating pulsations and pressure undershoots. The pressure stabilizer contains a section of a central perforated pipeline with connecting flanges enclosed in a cylindrical pre-chamber, with buffer chambers outside it, made in the form of a cylindrical body with a lid and an elastic diaphragm installed between them, dividing the chamber into gas and hydraulic cavities, while in the latter, at its input, a perforated partition is installed, and elastic elements are placed between the elastic diaphragm and the partition, made of an elastic damping material and enclosed in a sealed shell of elastic material, and a heat exchanger made in the form of ribs on the outer surface of the body and lid, while on each pipeline connecting each buffer chamber with a cylindrical pre-chamber, a slotted membrane made of spring steel sheet with radial slots forming sectors and a hole in the center is installed, at the same time, the hole in each membrane is made of different diameters and the membranes are installed in descending order of the areas of the passage sections of the holes along the flow in the pipeline.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means for damping pressure pulsations of the working medium and hydraulic shocks.
