FIELD: power plants. SUBSTANCE: central pipe line is mounted inside the casing. Damping members having flexible pipes of elliptic cross-section are arranged around the central pipe line. Prechambers are in communication with the members and central pipe line. Tight baffles are interposed between the inner side of the casing and central pipe. The casing encloses the members. The prechambers are made up as adapters which abut against faces of the casing and are directly connected with connecting branch pipes. The flexible pipe members are made up as sections interconnected in series through rigid rings mounted on the central pipeline. Spaces of the sections are in communication with prechambers by way of perforated pipe lines mounted inside the members. The central pipeline has end face perforated plugs.
