FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed stabiliser serves to damp fluid and gas pressure pulsations in pipelines. Stabiliser consists of pipeline 1 with perforated holes 2 and 3, and distributing expansion pre-chamber 4 with extension damping chambers 5. The latter have a cylindrical shape and are arranged around said pre-chamber 4 to have their axes parallel. Every extension damping chamber 5 is furnished with face baffles 6 and 7 with perforated holes 6 and 9 for three chambers. The number and/or diametres of holes 9 are smaller than those of holes 8. Lateral chambers of damping chambers 10 and 11 are furnished with branch pipes 12 and 13. Expansion pre-chamber 4 has cylindrical shape to embrace pipeline 1. Expansion pre-chamber 4 is divided by baffle 14 into two equal parts. Smaller part 15 is arranged nearby pipeline inlet and communicates with branch pipes 12 of expansion damping chambers 10 and rows of holes 2, via pipeline 1. larger part 16 is arranged nearby pipeline outlet and communicates with branch pipes 13 of chambers 11 and rows of holes 3. Volume of larger part of expansion chamber 16 exceeds at least two times, the volume of smaller part of expansion pre-chamber 15.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of damping.
